Specializing in vision correction excellence.

Singh Vision is the premier vision correction center in Northern Virginia. Our patients receive VIP treatment and our mission is to enable you with crystal clear vision, so you can live the way you want to.

LASIK

LASIK is our primary method for vision correction. Forget about ordering contact lenses, forgetting to take them out at night, cleaning your glass or fumbling for them on the night stand. See as you were meant to — so you can feel as good as you look! You could say it works like magic; if magic involved math, optics, & engineering!

Vision Correction Alternatives

Not a candidate for LASIK? Don’t worry! We also offer  PRK, ICLs, Refractive Lens Exchange, and Corneal Cross-Linking. Don’t resign yourself to living with blurry vision. Let us help you bring life into focus.

Cataract Surgery

We are all born with crystalline lenses in our eyes. These  work flawlessly for decades but then with time & season slowly start to opacify. Cataract formation is driven by UV light exposure, which is largely unavoidable in day to day life. During cataract surgery we remove natural lenses that have opacified & replace them with acrylic intraocular lenses custom made to correct your vision at distance and near without glasses. Cataract surgery is life changing. Often for the first time in their lives, nearsighted folks can see far & far sighted patients can see up close without correction!

Cornea

Conditions like keratoconus, post-LASIK corneal ectasia, Fuchs Endothelial Dystrophy, and other diseases can thin your cornea or cause it to opacify, leading to vision loss. Crosslinking strengthens your cornea to facilitate safe vision correction and corneal transplants can correct any structural issues that may be interfering with your ability to see clearly. After your transplant you often become a candidate for vision correction even if you were not with your native cornea. Dr. Singh is equipped and committed to helping you see the world with the clarity you want.

We let our patients speak for us!

I searched far and wide for the best eye doctor for cataract surgery and was very fortunate to find Dr. Singh. He is a gifted surgeon with a tremendous depth of knowledge and comforting manner. His friendly staff and modern office, including state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, are also very impressive. My highest recommendation!

Quotes
As a flight test engineer and pilot, I have a professional requirement for 20/20 vision – seeing other aircraft is critical for safety. What turned out to be cataracts snuck up on me gradually but once diagnosed, Dr Singh quickly lined up insurance and a preoperative appointment with remarkable smoothness and virtually no waiting time. He reached out regularly to see how things were progressing, and was super responsive.

Most importantly, his surgical skills and post-op guidance returned my 20/20 vision with zero side effects – just as he described. As an unexpected bonus, even my reading glasses prescription improved. I have total confidence in and gratitude for Dr. Singh and highly recommend this impressive professional! I’m also happy to serve as a reference if anyone wants to reach out to me. It’s great to wake up and see.

Dr. Singh was so good to my family. My 6 yo daughter was bitten in the face by a dog which caused a laceration on her eyelid. The ER doc wasn’t comfortable doing the stitches and put us in touch with Dr. Singh. He came home early from a trip to NY the same day and met us at 8 pm in his office on a Saturday! He did a wonderful job and was absolutely meticulous when working on my daughter. Follow ups couldn’t have gone more smoothly and I can’t say enough about the thoughtfulness and kindness you’ll find at this practice. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

This review is coming from someone who has a fear of all things eye related. I saw Dr Singh the first time the day after an ER visit where I was having issues with my right eye. He saw me at 1230 the next day. After a thorough exam he explained what was causing my vision issues. He recommended I have cataract surgery. I scheduled the appt right eye on Oct 4 left on Oct 18. Yesterday was right eye surgery. It was a completely pain free surgery I was completely relaxed during the entire procedure. I arrived at 630 am. was on my way home by 10 am. The entire group at Prince William Surgery Center was amazing. Dr Singh’s expertise has me seeing 20:20 on day 1 of surgery. Dr Singh is not only an expert in his field but he has a calming and personable demeanor. I highly recommend him.

First of all by far the nicest looking doctor’s office I’ve ever been to! They offer water and soft drinks while waiting, state of the art equipment and Dr Singh is extremely professional, personable, and did a wonderful job completing my procedure I would highly recommend him!!

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Singh one year ago. The two procedures took place two weeks apart and both went very well. The surgery center folks were really great. Now I have a fantastic range of vision and can see without glasses. Overall it was an uneventful but excellent experience and I am happy with the results one year later! I highly recommend Dr Singh for your surgical eye care needs!

My excellent Eye Doctor (Dr. Jenise Mancini; in Stafford, VA) gave me the bad news that I was going to require cataract surgery on both eyes. She recommended the capable people at Singh Vision. Dr. Singh had a successful practice in Maryland and had recently expanded into Prince William County (lucky for me). The process moved quickly. My evaluation and introduction appointment was scheduled only four days away. I arrived at the new office off Prince William Parkway and was impressed by the brand new, state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. Doctors Singh and his wife (also a doctor) were both friendly, efficient, and professional. I got the information I needed and felt at ease with the process I was about to enter. There was a follow-up appointment two weeks later for final testing and measurements and then both eyes were scheduled (on different days) less than a month from my pre-operative testing. I felt fully prepared and ready for surgery when I left. In the interim, Doctor Singh stayed in touch with a group text. When he reached out to me, when I responded, or if I had questions, it went to him and his staff so that I got immediate responses. “Game Day” arrived and started with a friendly text from Dr. Singh asking me if I was ready – I was. Everything went as planned. I got a text that evening (to see how I was doing) and since my surgery was on Friday, my follow-up appointment was Saturday morning. Two weeks later, the other eye was done, and the results were amazing. It’s odd to find out how dingy the world had gotten to look as everything I saw was viewed through those cataracts. After seeing so much of the Doctors Singh for over six weeks, it’s kind of sad to hear that my follow-up appointment is a year from now. This was a first rate operation from first contact all the way through the aftercare. They earned my highest praise and strongest recommendation. I’m pretty sure that this will be the one and only time in my life that I have cataract surgery, so I’m delighted I (and Dr. Mancini) picked a great team.

I was delighted the procedure was done on my initial visit, as opposed to dragging it to a second visit. Loved the effortless efficient way Dr Singh handled everything. The facility is tasteful and spotless and put me at ease immediately

As a cornea and refractive surgeon myself, I have spent many years mastering the finesse of eye surgery. Over time however, I’ve come to struggle with wearing glasses when I operate because of how the surgical mask causes my lenses to fog up. I decided ultimately to go see my good friend JR for bilateral ICL Surgery. My experience at Singh Vision was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Singh’s state-of-the-art facility, I knew I was in good hands. The staff, from the receptionists to the OR technicians, exuded professionalism and genuine care. Dr. Singh himself is a true expert in his field. He reassured me about the procedure knowing I’ve managed many ICL complications in my career. Ultimately I felt comfortable proceeding. JR’s experience during the surgery were evident. I didn’t expect it to be uncomfortable, and it wasn’t. A few hours later my vision started to clear and now I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only did Singh Vision provide top-notch care, but it was also a great customer experience. The facility is impeccably clean and modern, creating a soothing atmosphere that eased any pre-surgery nerves. The post-operative care was equally impressive, the staff answered any questions or concerns on evenings and over the weekend while I was recovering. Overall JR did an amazing job! I am seeing better than I have…without glasses or contacts then I have ever in my life! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Singh to anyone considering vision correction surgery. And I’m not just saying that because we are great friends!

As a practicing ophthalmologist, I rely on my eyes as much as anyone else and as a high myope it was a perpetual challenge for me to transition from looking through a microscope (which had my prescription dialed in) to looking at the patient or in the OR to look at the instrument table to pick up a surgical instrument. When I tried wearing glasses the whole time, the lenses would fog up from my mask. Contact lenses started to ache towards the end of the day because I have problems with dry eye—like any self respecting millennial. A satisfactory solution perpetually eluded me until JR came to visit us in India to learn MSICs surgery. After explaining the risks and benefits of ICL surgery to me I considered my options, researched the surgery extensively, and finally had JR place them in my eyes. The results were instantaneous, life changing, and indescribable. For the first time in my life, I can just…live.

Dr. Singh performed refractive lens exchange for both eyes once I became progressively more presbyopic. I was having difficulty adjusting to progressives and didn’t like bifocals. Initially Dr. Singh recommended I try executive trifocals. These were a great solution that worked well for me for about a year while I had a desk job. After I was promoted to supervising engineer however, glasses couldn’t keep up with my newly mobile role. As such I had Dr. Singh place trifocal lenses inside my eyes. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I don't miss wearing glasses and now have excellent vision in almost all settings except when driving at night in the rain. I’ve greatly enjoyed working with Dr. Singh for the past two years. What struck me about him is that he didn’t try to push a cash pay procedure on me. Instead we spent months and months exploring non-surgical solutions including different types of glasses and even a brief trial of monovision contact lenses which I couldn’t tolera

It’s been days since you operated on both of my eyes for posterior cataracts and I wanted you to know favor you have done for me . I am seeing in all except the lowest light environments what seems like perfectly. Whether it was your goal all along, or partly by chance, for me to have one eye set perfectly for distance and the other eye set perfectly for near vision the outcome is an absolute delighting! I was resistant to the idea for fear perception, but in he real face my sight are all better than they have been in previous years. I can read for hours on the computer or on my Phone without any eye strain. I have not had to use reading glasses once since i was operated! Thanks so much for this i am really gratefully.
